We come from some of India's most rigorous academic and professional environments. Educated at institutions such as IIMs and NITs, we spent years solving complex problems and leading teams across global MNCs including Amazon, Reckitt Benckiser, as well as high-growth Indian startups like Mobikwik, City Mall, and ShopClues.
Across these environments, one truth remained constant: real success is not driven by rote knowledge, but by structured thinking, first-principles reasoning, and clear articulation. Yet mainstream education increasingly rewards speed and surface performance over depth and independent problem-solving.
Drawing from how engineers, consultants, and leaders are trained in world-class organizations, we designed a learning system that mirrors how high-performing adults actually think and work.
